Soudal Pro 45P is a Premium Grade, ultra-fast setting Polyurethane Adhesive liquid which has a high bond D4 strength and high water resistance. Soudal Pro 45P may be used for the manufacturing of door and window frames that need to meet class D4 according to EN204 and can also be used for heavy duty bonding of wooden construction elements.
Soudal Pro 45P has a 5 minute open time and a 30 minute pressing / clamping time.

Soudal Pro 45P is used for interior and exterior applications, it can withstand frequent long term exposure to running or condensed water and exterior applications with exposure to weather influences.
Soudal Pro 45P can also be used for the manufacturing of door and window frames that need to meet class D4 according to EN204 and can also be used for heavy duty bonding of wooden construction elements.
Suitable for use on various porous and non-porous substrates such as concrete, bricks and many other common materials in the building industry.
Application
Surface Preparation:
Surfaces should be clean, dry, free of dust and grease.
Slight moistening of surfaces improves curing rate and gap filling characteristics as adhesive foams up to penetrate cavities.
We recommend a preliminary adhesion test on every surface.
Application Method:

Application Method: Apply adhesive with a brush or an adhesive comb, join the parts and compress for approximately 60-90 minutes.
