These earrings are made from real organic lemons. They are dried and coated in eco-friendly resin. Because real fruits and veggies are used, each item is unique and special. Every pair is one-of-a-kind, so the pair you see pictured will not be the exact pair you receive.  The pair you receive may have a darker shade because lemons oxidize naturally. Because lemon slices oxidize very fast they will never stay bright yellow and will always turn a darker brown. This is just nature showing you love & we hope you can appreciate how the fruit changes :) We only use surgical steel hypoallergenic earrings. 

***Due to the fact that these earrings were made from real fruit they should not be worn while swimming or taking showers. You may find imperfections inside the resin coating such as tiny air bubbles. The shade of the earrings will also fade to a darker brown over time due to sun exposure, oxidation and nature running its course.***
